Village Hotel Sentosa has been fully booked for the entire ASRU 2019 Workshop period. There are some limited number of rooms available at the 5* Outpost Hotel connected with Village Hotel Sentosa. Please contact the Hotel for enquiries.

Village Hotel at Sentosa has been appointed as the Conference Hotel for ASRU 2019. The family-friendly Village Hotel at Sentosa offers an experiential stay for families, as well as leisure and meeting groups. The hotel offers 606 cosy guest rooms themed with sun-washed hues of nature by the sea. In addition to Deluxe Rooms, the Family Rooms are ideal for guests with children. These Family Rooms has two connecting doors, double the amenities and bathrooms, comfortably catering to a family of four. The pool deck in the hotel has four themed pools as well as activities from beach games to movie screenings ensuring that everyone has a funfilled day.

 ASRU 2019 has negotiated a preferential hotel room rate package with the Conference Hotel, including highly attractive rate for students.

ASRU 2019 is pleased to announce a special accommodation rate with Village Hotel Sentosa (~ US$180-200 incl breakfast). All successful registrants will be able to download a personalized hotel reservation form for accommodation at this special ASRU rate. A scanned copy of the completed form should be emailed to the Hotel’s email address(es) specified on the form. Confirmation of reservation will be sent to the registrant within 1 week upon receipt of the completed form. Payment will be charged upon check-in/check-out. However, do note the cancellation terms and conditions. The room options are:

• Deluxe Single room with 01 breakfast @ S$247.17 nett per room night
• Deluxe Double/Twin room with 02 breakfast @ S$270.71 nett per room night

ASRU 2019 is also pleased to announced that IIM Pte Ltd is sponsoring the Silver Student Accommodation Subsidy. Student registrants at ASRU 2019 will be given a further discounted rate (~US$95 – 150, incl breakfast). To enjoy this rate, please download and complete the personalised hotel reservation form at the end of your registration and email it to travel.asru2019@gmail.com. Upon successful confirmation of reservation, the Hotel will contact you to make the prepayment of your entire stay. Payment will be charged before your arrival so as not to deprive other students’ privilege on using this Subsidy. The room options are:

• 1 Bed in a Twin Room (Room Share) with 1 breakfast @ S$ 130.00 nett per room night
• Double Room (1 Double Bed) with 2 breakfasts @ S$170.00 nett per room night
• Twin Room (2 Single Beds) with 2 breakfasts @ S$200.00 nett per room night

Limited number of rooms are available at ASRU rate on a first-come-first-serve basis. All guests who stay at the Conference Hotel will be waived from a daily Sentosa Island Entrance Fee of ($2-6, depending on the mode of transport and time of entrance) and can enjoy complimentary monorail rides in the Island.
