IMPORTANT! Significant change to the paper submission procedure for 2019
The review procedure for ASRU 2019 will be double-blind. This means that the reviewers will be unknown to the authors, and that the authors will be unknown to the reviewers.
Authors MUST prepare and submit 2 versions of the manuscript, identical to each other, except that one will not have the author list or any other section that would identify the authors (such as an acknowledgement footnote.)
After submitting to ASRU2019, authors must NOT submit their ASRU paper to arXiv, ResearchGate or other public platforms that reveal authors’ identity during the review process.
The anonymity period will be from 1 July, 2019 to the announcement of acceptance decisions. If you have posted a non-anonymized version of your paper online before the start of this anonymity period, you may submit an anonymized version to the conference. The submitted version must not refer to the non-anonymized version, and you must inform the program chair(s) that a non-anonymized version exists online, via email to
tpc_asru2019@ieee.org .

The paper submission deadline is 1 July, 2019 and paper revision deadline is 8 July, 2019. Notice that the authors will not be able to change the title of their submission, list of authors and the submission track after 1 July, 2019. The authors can revise technical contents of the manuscript (including abstract) until 8 July, 2019. All deadlines will be observed based on ‘Anywhere on Earth’ (AoE) time.
